Florence blends her knowledge and experience with yoga, trauma informed somatic therapy, meditation & nervous system work to offer deeply supportive and personalised mentoring. Taking self care out of the too hard basket and making honouring your own needs a daily practice.

1:1 Self Care Sessions

Florence is deeply passionate about helping women take better care of themselves physically and mentally. She offers personalised mentoring experiences to give you the tools, practices and space to be held and supported on your self care journey. Whether you are seeking support to start your journey of taking care of yourself, whether you are wanting to make your way back to yourself, whether you are needing support to come out of a rut or in your mothering season - these sessions are completely in honouring of you.

Florence is certified in Yoga, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Deep Rest Facilitation, Womens circles, trauma informed support and Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Self care sessions bring together this blend in a beautiful way as there is no one size fits all for everyone. Florence loves to mentor in a down to earth way, encouraging you to feel safe and held in each session just as you are.

These sessions are held online via zoom.
