1. Give Me Sleep roller bottle is a blend of Lavender and Doterra Peace oil. Relaxing the mind and body ready for rest. Roll onto the bottom of feet before bed, behind neck or onto chest. Oils are also mixed with Fractionated Coconut Oil for safe use. 
2. Energise Me roller bottle is a blend of Wild Orange and Peppermint. Energising the mind and body ready for the day ahead. Perfect to use to start your morning or as an afternoon pick me up. Roll onto the inside of wrists, back of neck and temples. 
3. Calm Me roller bottle is a blend of Lavender, Sandalwood and Doterra Balance. Encouraging our nervous system to move out of fight and flight response into rest and digest. Our body’s happy state. Roll onto heart space, back of neck, temples.
