Join me each Tuesday for a weekly self care that blends the beautiful practices of beginner yoga and meditation.

We will flow through gentle, grounding stretches to release tension and invite relaxation to the body. Many of our stretches are merged with the breath and intention to focus more on how we feel rather than what it looks like.
​
We then flow into a lying down meditation for deep rest to help unwind the busy mind. Completely guided and allows the mind to slow down and very often, become so relaxed you may drift off to sleep. Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep for a reason!

Each week we explore a different part of the body and the energies it holds and learn ways to bring our mind and bodies into balance.
​
A community group is where you will also have the option to join and receive a weekly group oracle card pull for the week ahead.
​
Everything is beginner friendly, no need to have any experience in yoga or meditation.
What you will need:
~ A quiet space in your home where you won't be disturbed for 60 minutes
~ a yoga or something similar (lots of the slow yoga is done seated, nothing too crazy)
~ pillow, blanket and eye mark which is optional (you can also join from bed)
~ Internet connection for you to join the zoom call class
