1:1 Exhale Immersion
This is a persnalised journey designed to help busy women and mums integrate meditation into their daily lives with ease. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have tried it before without consistency, this course offers tailored guidance to fit your lifestyle. Over four weeks, we’ll explore simple yet powerful techniques to quiet the mind, cultivate calm, and develop mindfulness. Each session includes one-on-one coaching, meditation practices, and accountability tools to build a sustainable habit. This course is perfect for anyone seeking more inner peace, clarity, and resilience in the midst of a busy life.

What you will learn:
Introduction to Meditation & Mindful Breathing
We begin to explore the basics of Meditation & bust the myths that come with it. You will learn the ways you can bring Meditation into things you already do. Breathing techniques will be shared that can be used for calm, stress relief & anxiety.

Tools to Manage Stress
Gain practical tools, such as breathwork and body scans, to manage stress and overwhelm in their daily lives. Implement simple practices to calm your mind quickly in moments of anxiety or tension.

Better Sleep and Relaxation
You will walk away with strategies to help you unwind a busy mind at the end of the day to support you in
winding down before bed, leading to better rest and recovery.

Body Awareness, grounding & stress relief
Week 2 we move from the head into the body. By tuning into physical sensations and focusing on the connection between your body and the earth, you can release tension and feel more centered. Grounding helps bring your mind out of anxious thoughts and back into your body, providing a sense of stability and calm. Through practices like body scan meditation, you become more mindful of areas where you hold stress and learn to let go, creating a deeper sense of balance and inner peace.

Being kinder to yourself
We can be our own harshest critics at times, Meditation is a beautiful invitation to really notice those thoughts and take the time to challenge them. By practicing self-compassion, you learn to soothe yourself during difficult times, reduce feelings of guilt or shame, and replace self-criticism with gentleness. This inner kindness nurtures emotional resilience, helping you feel more at peace with yourself, even in moments of stress or failure. It’s a powerful tool for healing and maintaining balance in your daily life.

Creating a sustainable meditation practice is about building a routine that supports consistency without feeling overwhelming.
